Perhaps he's looking for the rare season ticket holder who doesn't normally buy a parking pass to buy one & then immediately sell it to him. Or he's just a cheap ****er not wanting to pay full price.

Last I heard there was a wait list to get in the Gold Lot, but that might be old news at this point.

Then they need to raise those prices. That's why we're not in the Gold lot anymore - too expensive. If there's a 200 person waiting list, then that's a revenue opportunity.

There is a little turnover but getting a pass is based on your priority points. So you can jump to the top of the waiting list with enough points.
