Where is Salaam's Heisman trophy at CU?

Was back in NE last week and saw the Heisman Room at the stadium, pretty cool. Got me wondering where CU displays RS's trophy.
 
If I remember right, Salaam wanted to donate money to have a trophy case built and to display the h/m. Some obscure rule about donations kept him for doing so since the donation had to be to the AD in general who would then decide how the money was used. Anyone chime in - am I remembering this one correctly?
