5-1. I'd like to say 6-0, but chances are we'll lose one of the 3 against misery, ku, or the fuskers.

I went 6-0.

CU may win 2 of 3 against MU, KU, & NU, but at the same time they could win all 3. Kansas hosts OU the week after they come to CU, and they could easily be looking past the Buffs to the Sooners. CU has played them close the last two years, and should have beat them in 07.

The Buffs should be fired up to play MU after how they have performed against them the last 2 years. MU will be coming off a three week schedule of NU, @ OSU, Texas. With the loss of talent that MU had they could be 0-3 in conference at this point, and either fired up to play the Buffs or starting to look at next season.

NU will play KSU on Saturday the 21st before traveling to Boulder to play the Buffs on Friday the 27th. CU travels to OSU and plays the Cowboys on Thursday the 20th. The 2 extra days of rest plus not having to travel will be big positives for the Buffs. With how close the game was last year, a little more rest and preperation could go a long way.

4-2.

I don't understand why everyone has a chubby over Nebraska. They lost their whole offense, which was the strength of the team the last 3 years. They also have little idea who their QB is going to be, none of which have any experience, along with their main core of WR's.

I see KU winning the North, and think Mizzou is going to surprise people.

That's essentially the same situation that misery is in, except that at least knu knows who their QB is going to be and they have a better defense than misery. I'm not saying the fuskers will be all that good, just that misery won't be.

Ya, your logic suggets Mizzou will struggle as well.

They return their 2 RBs and most of the OLine. Sounds like Lee is their QB, but as you said, no experience. And, as you said, their WR core is depleted. I don't think they'll be great, but they do deserve to be mentioned among the North favorites alongside KU IMO.

I see KU winning the North, but I don't think Mizzou will do much. I see Mizzou finishing behind KU, NU and CU (in that order). Talk about losing your entire offense...look no further than the Tigers.
