What unit are you looking forward to the most?

Phil Steele has several of our units in his top units.
RB's: #13
OL: #20
LB's: #11

I went RBs because I think they're going to be the most fun to watch this year.

O Line is always the unit that makes the difference, games are won and lost in the trenches.

I was torn between WR and OL. But, really, I'm pretty equal on all units. I'm looking forward to seeing what all of them will bring.

Offensive line, followed closely by the linebackers.

Surprised no one is eager to see the special teams!

I really am surprised not many have picked DB's. I think that unit could be the best it has been in a long time.

You didn't give me a chance. For me, it's definitely the defensive secondary. I hope the DL/LB combo keep the opposing quarterbacks honest enought to really demonstrate the fruits of Coach Brown's labor.

Go Buffs!

I want to see the OL open up big holes for the RBs. If the Buffs can run the ball effectively this season, they have a chance to do big things.

Agreed. The RB's and the O-line opening holes big enough for any of us to run through will be a ton of fun to watch:thumbsup:

I am the only one so far to go with the D-line, because I believe between the D-line and goodman are the two biggest question marks going into the season.

Unless the RB's are going to start carrying the ball 45+ times per game - the QB's are still the unit I look forward to watching the most.

I'm scared to see the special teams. Truly frightened.

Haven't you heard? They are going to be electric.
:smile2:

Anyway, given that I think we have better all-around depth I think ST should be better. I'm looking squarely at Riddle and Hawkins for this one. We don't need elite ST, but our coverage on kickoffs has been horrible.

I don't want to jinx it.

Look forward to seeing the linebackers every single year. 2009 especially because of the depth and to see what Foster brings to the team. Brian Cabral's unit will always be a favorite regardless of how explosive the other positions may be.

Even though I want to see ALL of the choices perform on the field, I went with WRs especially to see how soon they can get Simmons in the mix.
