Hard to see that one coming, considering a comparison of their scores against KjSU would have predicted something like an 88-24 win for the Zorros.... :wow:
Yep, there goes our last best shot at a win. I still think we could sneak out a win or two but I wouldn't bet on it
Maybe a home game but this program is so screwed up right now. How in the hell can you beat kansas and then come out and ruin any momentum of that win with a performance as awful as that?
Our coaches keep making stuff up as they go along, no consistency on offense,horrible special teams and bad game day coaching .

It was a slaughter, but not early on. Tech goes straight down the field and gets a TD. On the aggots' first place, they fumble and Tech recovers.
Aggots score to tie at 7-7, then Tech comes back for a 14-7 lead. And then it's all aggs, all the time. Tech commits a lot of penalties all during the game, and their former #1 QB Taylor Potts is potted by hometown fans before the end of the 1st Half. He commits a few more bad plays before a never-played-before 3rd String QB comes in and leads Tech's 'potent' offense to only two 2nd Half TDs. They also get two 2-point conversions.
Tech only plays 1 game a season, though, and they'd done that in Austin earlier so nothing else matters to them - obviously peeing on themselves for home-town humiliations is just fine.

Tech has won 8 of the last 9 against ATM or something. and a million in a row in Lubbock. wouldn't surprise me if Sherman's staff had been game-planning this one for a long time. gotta start somewhere, and they can't have any real expectation to beat UT.
