Who da thunk it... College Gameday in Provo Utah.

So when does Gameday finally return to Boulder?

Actually, I was listening to ESPN radio this morning, and they were talking about CU's win over KU last week. Whoever was talking said that they came into the College Gameday set following the win and the producer had his head in his hands and resting on the table. The guy comes up to him and says, "What's wrong?" And the producer says, "We were supposed to go to Lawrence next week for KU-OU." Apparantly true story!

In the battle of Lawrence vs. Provo, I'll take Lawrence 10 times out of 10.

I'll remain optimistic and say it can happen next year.

Keep in mind that the NU game is not a candidate for Gameday as long as it continues to be a Friday game.

Game day would be nice. It would also be nice to earn the network respect that is needed to play more than 58% of our games on Saturday.

I was really tempted to go to Provo for the sole reason that this would be the only reason I'd probably ever have to get wasted in Provo.

2011 with Cal coming in. CO kid (Hinder) starting at Cal, CA kid (Hansen, Evans or Hirschman) starting at CU. Both teams nationally ranked.

Could happen vs. Georgia next year....assuming, no better games in the early part of the non-conference schedule season....plus how those media dudes love to hype up the Ralphie vs. Uga mascot deal
