Yep, how we can be so god d*** terrible on ST again is just beyond me. ST is pretty basic football, tackling, assignments, lanes. The coaches inability to teach this crap really tells me they just can't coach.

I was glad to see Simmons finally get an opportunity to return punts. They need to keep with that. For some reason, though, he looked like he was confused/rusty/tentative. Weird. Especially for a guy that was his JUCO team's punt returner the past 2 years.

P.S. Jaffee looked like he's our best kickoff returner until Darrell gets back.

I, along with many other fans, have been clearly seeing that he's not fast enough. Our blocking is actually good - we have lanes and walls set up many times. However, how the **** did it take the coaches this long to figure out that Simmons, Lockridge, etc. need to be back there? Once again, the coaches have a LOT to prove.
