KSU vs OU

KSU getting manhandled 21-0 in the 1Q and to think they are leading the North.

pretty embarrassing.

I still think Nebraska will represent the North.. Kansas on the outside looking in.

I'm thinking Nebraska, too. They're going to win the north at 7-5 (4-4) and then get the **** kicked out of them by Texas in the B12C.

The $$$$ in the South is going to keep them atop for a while. NU is the only program in the North to compete on that basis. We can't even buyout a ****ty coach and will take it in the ass for the rest of the year, possibly next year too.

The best team in the North would be #4 in the South. Sad.

no, not #4 TT is better than the north teams

Looks like aTm might be, too.

If we're being honest, all 6 of the South teams were good enough to win the North (had Robert Griffin not gotten hurt).

Ouch. Didn't see the KU vs TT score. 42-21 TT over KU

If Baylor had Griffin I doubt any team in the North would beat a team from the South.

There's going to be a realignment soon. This is pathetic. This is as worse as I've ever seen the North to be. At least before there was a respectable CU team.

Yes, the north is awful. KU was leading in the 4th quarter 21-14, too. :wow:

If a 90-year old guy can still coach, perhaps Mac can come back? What do you think? I think it is the best idea I have had in years.

TxTech got some easy TDs late in the game to make it look like a blow-out, but KU was legitimately earning a 21-14 lead going into the 4th Qtr. Or rather, Tech's decision not to block for runners, not to catch passes or to throw them accurately made KU's vaunted defense look, well, like a real defense.

But KU's defensive reputation shows up late in the game, plus Reesing's perennial foibles (not being able to see who he's throwing to, not catching DBs who've actually caught his passes as they head for the end-zone) show up in the end.

This was a game of bad plays, not good ones. The team that made the most and the worst lost. Whichever team decided to take advantage and score on those, won.

I thought OU's performance was pretty solid and they're laying a foundation for a great offense next year. They've got more 4-5 star bluechippers than anyone in the Big 12 - in fact, twice as many - so this is an interesting 'rebuilding season' for them without even planning on it. I see they've got 5 of the Top 10 DBs coming in next season, and Texas has 1, TxA&M has 1. Once again, those Norman car dealerships get all new employees and should reach their sales levels easily.
