On my way into work here in Austin today and the Scott transfer has made Austin Sports Talk Radio (1300AM)...

Yep, these ***holes down here are laughing at us, calling for CU to be kicked out of the Big 12. (Funny how they want to kick us out when it was us via the Big Eight who saved their ***es and made the Big XII)

They're also counting the days until Hawk is fired.

Going Sinker...:sad2:

Im surprised people would want us kicked out because for 2 years every 4, we become another warm up game for teams like Texas and OU and just about everyone else.

Anyone calling for CU to be "kicked out of the Big 12" is just an idiot, ignore them!

After going through the oh-so-painful Nebraska meltdown with Callahan, I really sympathize (no, make that empathize) with all of you guys. You're in the depths right now, but things will get better again. Hang in there, Buffs fans...

You bet they'll laugh. The Horns will love this development more than any team in the country

Yeah, screw those dips. I could care less about them or about what they think. Sure they are going to thump their chest over this. Thats what classless people do.

I'm just counting the days until a Kirk Bohls column regarding the Horns' SOS to see what pedestrian generalizations he has about CU's season.

Maintaining that halftime lead through four quarters would have gone a long way towards earning any respect from the whorns.

CU lost. Boohoo! So now UT will chuckle about the Mack Brown curse.
They are on a crash course with destiny when UT faces Florida for the mNC.

UT will keep offering $90 tickets and selling out their 101k capacity stadium and continuing to expand the gap between B12 haves and have-nots.

love this post..

john1romano,
Shawn Watson was awful under Barnett, he was just able to learn from one of the best at Nebraska, but I think CU has a thing for not allowing their o-coordinators do what they can do because Mark Helfridge was awful at CU but he is amazing at Oregon.

Dumba** who made that post obviously doesn't know that Chip Kelly is still calling the plays at Oregon. And Watson learning from "one of the best" at Nebraska? PUH-LEEZE...

Going Sinker...

Report Violation

Hawkins is a joke, he needs to be fired. Right now I play football for Fairview High School and most of my coaches are former CU players including Sean Embree, James Hill, and Tony Rettig and my head coach is Bill McCartney's son Tom and they all say Scott was a good running back and would run over the starting defense in practice but Hawkins still wouldn't start him. Sean Embree's brother John has two sons, one who is a sophomore at UCLA and the other is a senior in high school and none of the Embree family wants their son to go to CU because of hawkins. The thing I don't get is Mike Bohn said they can't afford to fire him, but what happened to the 5 million dollars in donations to the football team during the summer and can CU really afford to keep Hawkins as the head coach.
CO_Buffs_Fan- Scott would only get one carry at a time and would most likely be a sweep or pitch and Scott is not a shifty running back, he's a power running back and we got to see how good he could be on kickoff return.
Best of luck to you Scott.

Good luck to Scott, and thanks for comming here. Hawkins is an *****hole. Forget recruiting, he will play a walk on just to prove some stupid point. Never develops any of the gifted players, guy is a total cancer to our program.
