Anyone listen to the 1510 morning schmucks today?

Their is definitely a lack of senior leadership we are used to. If Brayton was here he would probably hit everyone in the head with his helmet. :)

Was it Brayton that smashed the hole in the wall of the lockerroom at halftime in a game they were losing several years back. Came back in the second half and ended up winning.

I also heard of chairs being tossed by other players during games that were not being played up to expectations.

Somehow I feel that Brayton would not see much PT on this team, he was far too emotional.

I'll say this, there are only 3 Hawk seniors on the team. As far as leadership and such from the GB seniors, I don't know. But I'll bet they were pisses at what happened to GB and, maybe, probably, do not buy into Hawkins.

The 1510 morning guys may be idots, but they have a point.

Obviously you can't blame the entire season on this. Being young and not having any real forceful personalities among the seniors is definitely a poor combination, though. It's disappointing that we haven't seen more of the juniors or even 3rd year sophs step up into vocal leadership roles.

This is all a good point to bring up. Last Saturday, the guys had no fire. No emotion. It was telling. Generally, your older players are the ones that are supposed to make that happen. How do "team leaders" develop? Where do they come from? That would be an interesting psychology thesis.
