There were some good performances we saw tonight, but since our coaches suck we lost the game.

Who was your MVP? For O? D?

O: Simas. 2 beautiful ****ing catches. Unreal. The guy is a playmaker through and through.

D: Jalil Brown. Was thrown to all night and played like a shutdown corner. Yes it was against a 2nd and 3rd string QB, but he had pass breakups. He should have intercepted a few, but that's why he's on D and not O. Very athletic and loved his coverage in the endzone to deny his man. We played a lot of nickel tonight and he did what he was supposed to do.

Moehler was money on defense too. But can't go wrong with Jalil he had some big time pass breakups.

Definitely Simas on offense. Without him we lose this game big time.

My MVP for the game was B-Lock. Absolutely ****ing electric on that runback.

I don't understand why he doesn't get any carries. He looks good when he's in there, and he has the potential to take it to the house on any carry, which you can't say about our other two RBs.

C-Hawk.:smile2: Kidding.

Simas. Kid was unreal and such a bright spot late in the year. Love the future prospects of TH or whoever to him for a couple years. Pretty good speed, nice size, and an absolute ability to catch the ball. Great hands. When he gets some seasoning, and can break off routes ala Scotty, dude will fantastic IMO.

I don't get it either. B-Lock's our best open-field runner. And it's not really close. Should have his hands on the ball at least 10-15 times a game, IMO. The only thing I can think of that might make sense is that they're worried about him re-opening the hernia. But nothing Hawkins does makes sense, so who knows. Maybe a new coach will let him handle punts.

i agree i got 3 call's last night.. a ou fan,a corn fan and a poke fan,all 3 asked that lock dude is yall's #3 rb ? i said yup..he had a nice 10 yard run and a return to the the house, wtf why isnt he geting more carries they ask,i had one word.. COACHING !!

Great post. I had the same question as your 3 callers!

I've been hoping to Lockridge making plays all season. Didn't he score our first touchdown? I'd imagined he could be a motion guy from the slot, running and receiving. He was amazing his freshman season (in at least one game). Great return. We've got a few more years to get him the ball. I hope that they're not squandered.

Jalil needs to start catching the damn ball, that is pitiful. At least he isnt getting burned as much now so I guess that will do.
