I want Nebraska (even though I don't give them a chance in hell).

I don't hate anyone more than I hate Nebraska but I am getting real tired of the South domination.

So I will be hoping for a North victory! (but I will still find a little joy if/when NU gets killed) So it's kind of a win-win situation.

Maybe it's our different personality types, but I tend to look at it as a "lose-lose" kind of situation.

Texas - so a B12 team can play in the best bowl posiible - good for the conference and they have they share the $$$

Could care less although it would amuse me if Mack loses in Dallas with the national championship berth on the line again.. :smile2:

Nebraska doesn't have the offense to hang with Texas though..

I vote for the Cornholes.

Give some love to the North Division and put 2 Big XII teams into BCS games since Okie State blew their chance. More $$$ for the conference and it would most likely **** Boise State out of a BCS bid.

If Texas wins, the Big XII gets one BCS bowl.

If Nebraska wins the BigXII will likely get two, with more money overall to share with the conference.

That's the bottom line. And Mississippi St, as a member of the SEC and their TV deal, will get a minimum of $7,000,000 this year due to contracts, which is 3x the amount USC will receive.

Food for thought....

I will laugh at the loser no matter the outcome. If I had to be happier about a win, I'd say Texas. It would mean my best friend goes to the MNC game for free and watches from the field as media. Not a bad deal.

If Nebraska wins the Big 12 would take a giant rep hit on the year - even worse than already sustained.

So for this week I'm saying "We're Texas!"

I want Texas to win because a Big 12 team in the MNC game means more money for CU. This year is going to be bad for revenue - only 6 home games and only one B12 team in a BCS bowl...

Big 12 Bowl Eligible teams...

Texas
Oklahoma
Texas Tech
OSU
Nebraska
Missouri
ISU
A&M

The only acceptable outcome is for the victor to win 71 (or more) to 3 (or less).

I just can't get myself to root for the cornholers to win. But, I would take a bit of pleasure watching UT shoot themselves in the foot again with a shot at a title game on the line.

i'm pulling for UT to shoot themselves in the foot (which would make me laugh) or put 60 on NU (which would also make me laugh). nothing in between.

but, i guess i want Texas to win.

No, Nebraska winning means more money for CU (as some other CU fans have already pointed out.) If Nebraska wins, they get the B12 automatic BCS invite, and Texas gets an at-large BCS bid, so the conference gets 2 BCS bowls vs. 1.

I gotta go for the nubs. Division loyalty and my passionate dislike for a Texas fan that runs a BBQ truck here in monument because of his dismissive atitude has me going that way

I hate fans like that. Take that "superior than you in all ways" attitude and shove it up your a**!:smile2:
