uw has sark.

asu has erickson.

anyone notice a theme here?

Coaches from other in-conference institutions! The SEC has done this for years and, you're right, it looks like the Pac-10 is doing it in a big way now.

Of course, it's happened some in the Big 12, with the Stoops-raiding-KSU staff debacle likely the biggest occurrence here.

kiffin: at least 6 known ncaa violations at tenn. in less than a year, plus more coming related to the hostess program, plus his role in whatever happens to usc.

neu: 50+ ncaa violations, gambling inquiry, etc., cratered 2 programs due to rules issues.

sark: at least 3 known ncaa violations at uw, plus, of course, his role in whatever happens to usc.

erickson: left miami ahead of the program being hit with dozens and dozens of ncaa violations. a couple minors at other schools. dui's.

would CU really be able to compete in a conference with those guys, given the admin's current goals and outlook on sports? really?

i just get more and more cynical as i watch it become more and more hypocritical.

.

CU couldn't compete in the Mountain West conference with the poor coaching and don't give a crap administration that is presently employed.
