Hallelujah!

Ringo and RalphieReport have both tweeted that Patterson is practicing today. He's in.

If the rest of the season doesn't end up being different, at least this part (getting transfers in seamlessly--or so it seems) does.

Loaded compared to the last N years.... Almost up to D1, top 25 standards on paper.

This should be a huge improvement. Plus I think he will be a key competitor to return punts.

Toney Clemons looks like the real deal and knows what he's doing.
Will be interesting to see if Patterson and Richardson can contribute right away - think 4 years at USC puts Patterson way ahead on this curve.
Still need Simmons to be a factor and WillJeff to make that big leap up. Then we will be very solid.

I still think Simmons should redshirt. Then next season you have him and Clemons in their 3rd year in the program starting. I don't want to waste this guy like we did last season.

Now it's official ... http://www.buffzone.com/ci_15718175

Welcome, Travon!

You do have to like how things are working out with the Pac-10. The press release may be just good politics, but it does give you a sense of optimism as to how the division set up and television revenue issues will be handled ...

Sweet!! I was getting a little worried about him. At the very worst we have a guy that is fast enough to threaten at PR/KR as well as be a threat to turn those 3 yard curls Hawk loves into 80 yard TDs.

The PAC-12 has to happen next year. It would be so wrong to deny a love-fest like this for another year.
