No TV for KU game

Boy, that's a disappointment. Here, Colorado's such a great football program and the Pac-10 is delighted to have such a prominent national team in their midst. And two of the worst teams in the current conference can't get TV exposure?

Blessings come in the strangest wrappings, sometime.

Well, Hawk's Pac-10 extension or CU's decision to "move in a different direction" (hopefully UP because there's not much left for THIS current direction) is announced, TV will miss a great story! Dave Latham could have drank himself silly over inane and inaccurate 'facts'.

If the Pac-10 had a requirement about having good football to be a member, Washington State would have been kicked out.

Football is a ZERO sum game. If there is a great team, then there has to be a crappy team. All records have to even out for wins and losses.

What makes you think the Pac-10 didnt want to make their conference schedule EASIER by allowing a bad team in?

Ph, exactly. When we hear Hawkins' getting his next 10-15 year extension, we'll know the answer to your question.

I vote 10 years.... we need to make sure that year 11-15 we can get the right salary increase, we can not be tied down to such a low number...

So, you have the wooden stake pointed at your heart at this very moment? Ready for a big ol' hammer to finish ya off? ha ha

There are many things networks won't put on the air due to public decency laws.

Does anyone doubt that a battle for the cellar of the B12 would get dropped?

Too bad the quality of football combined with the lack of importance of the KC and DEN markets have combined to cast off the Buffs to radioland.

If you were Dan Beebe and the AD's of spurned B12 schools, wouldn't you justify television exile for the Buffs in order to boost exposure for a hot Mizzou team and the bowl bound ISU and Baylor programs?

Why are they having CU vs OU on espn natiuonal TV? This will just make cu more of a laughing stock and hurt the program in recruiting even more. Bohn, tell them the team is sick.

That is exactly their goal.

"Their" in this case being the powers that be of the Mack 10. This was purposely set up by them so they could have one of their "elites" give us a good butt-whuppin' on our way out the door. They got quite the surprise when UT owned Nebraska so this debacle is their icing on the cake.
