What Will Happen Tonight for Special Teams?

multiple crippling mistakes IMO
I expect them to be craptacular. Shocker.
I'll try my luck at this game:
OU's net punting average will be around 42.5 yards/kick
CU...34
We're guaranteed to kickoff to them at least once. They'll probably have an average starting field position somewhere around the 38.
CU if we're playing at the top of our game: 26
And finally, when the game is still close, we're going to drive the ball to their 32 yard line or so, but face 4th and 5. Since we know we can't kick, we're going to go for it and turn it over on downs.
Our defense will hold. We'll drive down to almost the same spot, be faced with almost the same situation, but this time we'll try a kick. We'll fail. OU will score a TD on the ensuing drive and this will be the "1 play" that we lose by according to our coach.

Aside from teh first or second half kickoff, the only special teams out will be the punting unit... a lot...

man, i was almost so close. if 8 of those things i predicted had come true, CU would have been only one or two plays away from winning the whole damn thing!!!!
