Time to get to Folsom and show the kids we are behind them.

My boycott is over. I will be at Folsom cheering on our kids and being proud of this program. Let's make the next two weeks a living hell for KSU and ISU!

I will try to be there to support the kids, especially cody. Tough situation for him, for sure.

Amen....glad to not have to bust out the powder blue track suit and debate about stepping in the stadium instead of staying in the tailgate...I'll be there early, in Black & Gold & yelling as loud as I ever have! :gobuffs:

Anyone who said CU would not get another penny until Hawk was fired should be opening up their checkbook. If there is any hope of getting a top-flight coach, it will take money, and we are the source.

it will be interesting to see how the hawkins clan handles the senior day introductions during the ksu game. i am assuming that dh and family will be on the field with the rest of the parents. that will be an emotional day for them.

If Dan is there for Cody I hope and pray he doesn't get booed. I hope we have more class than that.

You should be there to support the players regardless of the coach.

Bull****. If Folsom is constantly filled with paying customers, what incentive does the Univerisity have for change? If the tickets were free, then maybe. I always support the kids, and I did so by not paying the coach in hopes of getting them a real coach as soon as possible. My decision has payed off and now I can open the checkbook again.

I am not trying to get in a pissing contest with you. I due respect your right to have a different opinion. Personally, I have gone to every game to support the players. I have not bought any CU gear or concessions for the last year, as a personal protest about retaining Hawk. A boycott of games is unfair to the players who show up every week, and dawn the Black and gold for us. I think the players deserve better than empty seats.

Lets remember the kids (and they are still kids) did not cause this (despite what Hawkins says) and need to be supported as does Coach Cabral who has given alot to this program. I know it hurts to watch the team play out the string and most of us realistically do not expect great results, but keep a head up and hope for better days.

I have no problem with your stance either. Just when you state I "should", I strongly disagree. As you say, we just differ in opinion. You support the players through attendance, I do the same by not going.
