On Saturday, Richardson wore a wide smile when talking about his future as a Buff.

"I've been getting a lot of love (from teammates) and I feel like this is where I should be and I should finish out my college career here," he said. "Mainly it was talking to my mom and she wants me to stay where I am."

Now, rather than looking around at options, Richardson is looking ahead to the 2011 season.

"Especially for that new number on my back, No. 6, I'm going to be happy to play next year," he said. "I look forward to a successful season with a decent bowl game."

No doubt. Ever since Embree has been named head coach, everything has been good news. EB is also coming, Cabral is most likely returning, Miller and PRich are coming back. All the dominoes are falling just as we want them so far.

wooooooooooo hooo!!!!

Rep to whoever sold their soul to get everything going our way!

+1, so whoever sold their soul has that going for him...which is nice.

Probably was Leash who sold his soul lol. But man oh man so glad PRich is coming back. He is such a dynamic player.

I sold my soul long ago just hasnt worked till the last few days. Im happy, what about you guys?

This is great news. Now Coach Embree can hit the road recruiting right away and not have to worry about keeping Miler and PRich at home.

This is good news, but I hope Hansen spends the Winter throwing to him. Richardson only had 11 catches before Hansen was injured, he did most of his damage after Cody came in. Maybe that had to do with being a Freshman and learning the ropes, but Tyler (or Hirschman or whoever) is going to have to look for Richardson next season the kid gets open and makes plays.

From what Prich said, it was at least half the fact that something clicked for him late in the season... but ya, TH wasn't looking to him deep, thats for sure.

man this has been a good week, I think Embree will do a good job. EB coming too and PRich staying, couldnt ask for much more.

Which raises the question, was TH being allowed to look for PRich deep?

Exactly what I thought. Seems the offense opend up alot at the end there. Funny. Glad EB is coming back-- but still think Keisau is a great recruiter, and we are paying him this year anyway--hope there is a place somewhere for him on the staff. But is not oh well. I just think that Hawk held him back so much.

6 For the number he is going to be putting on the scoreboard on a regular basis over the rest of his college career.

PRich is a dynamic player, a difference maker. Embree understands the passing game, the little subtle points (I refuse to say the little things) that make the difference between a completion and a big play. EB will have an offense that forces teams to respect the run leaving space on the back end for a guy who can make things happen.

I was getting to like 80 but I am very good with 6 as long as 6 is what is going on the scoreboard.

Are you suggesting that he's the child of the seven-headed beast and the whore of Babylon? I feel as though there's a hidden message in your text...

He is a beast, now that you mention it....
