Andre Roberson.....

Fantastic get for a spring signing. He's going to do a lot of good things for us in his CU career.

Looking forward to Roberson and Cain playing together. Add in Harris-Tunks, and put some weight on Mills and I don't think we'll have problems in the post anymore.

he has good vision and moves around the paint well, definitely looking forward to watching him play:popcorn:

Was very excited when he signed and my expectations so far have been met. Here's to him developing into a great Buff!

If he's enjoying it here at CU, maybe he could put in a bunch of good words for CU with his sister, Arielle. She is a hs senior who suppossedly is pretty darn good too who also did not sign in the fall signing period and is being recruited by Coach Lappe and staff.

There are some diamonds to be mined in the spring. Typically they are one of two players: one with academic issues, or a late bloomer. In AR's case, I believe that he bloomed late in HS. That typically happens for really athletic guys who are considered raw or undersized. A great get for CU!

Digging in the archives ehhh!. Actually Arielle has been asked about the impact of Andre on her decision to come to Colorado by Pac-12 WBB announcers. She suppossedly said that the real decision maker for her was this: She had been to CU in the fall and was not convinced she wanted to come here. Then she came back during their WNIT run the next spring and was really impressed with the improvements she saw in the team. That made her think " Wow, if this coaching staff can improve the players games that much in one season, how much could they do for me over four years!" (paraphrased, of course). And that having Andre here was a nice fringe benefit, but not the reason for her choice.
