Jarrod Darden progression

Anybody know how he is progressing, I remember he had a knee injury coming out of High School, and that may have slowed him down. He hasn't seen any action. Probably because transfers such as Clemons and P Rich. But does anybody have a feel for how he is doing?

New staff. New opportunity.

What people who have seen practices this year said is that Darden may end up being a contributor but it would surprise if he ever became a starter.

could he bulk up and play TE?

CUBUFFS.com still has him lasted as that. And the dude has 33 1/2 inch vertical. Thats pretty impressive.

With Deehan as a senior I'd love to have Darden put on some weight (maybe 20) and start working at that position. Third year in the program, along with Thornton, and I think the depth will be great especially with the coaching knowledge (JE and JD) supporting that position.

I think the HS injury was a broken leg. He looked pretty far away from PT in the practices I saw in August. A change in coaches may help but Prince was a change and he seemed to move on quickly. Hope a change helps him.
