CSU's pre-spring depth chart

Yeah, they might get shoved around a little this year. Rammies have alot of Floridians on the team...

Yep. They cleaned up on the guys that programs like FIU, FAU and Troy decided not to offer.

Embree better get things back to where the CSU game is never a nail-biter. It's truly embarrassing that they routinely hang with us.

We need to start winning this game by 50 points. I dont care if we are running it up in the 4th, time to put this series to bed.

Agree. Start to put some serious beat downs on the regularly and we will not be the only fans calling for an end to the series.

Only way that happens is if we become more physical than them again. We'll always have more talent. They'll always have the "want more". But they've been more physical than us and it has kept things close or turned the tide for them way too many times in recent years. We've won 6/8 and 15/20, so we're keeping a solid 75% winning percentage in this thing. But it should be over 80% and we shouldn't have as many close games.

I've been laughing at their Defensive Lineman for a while now, yet they still seem to manhandle CU's offensive line for the past couple years now. It's embarrassing.

They sure as hell didn't last year. I remember watching on TV when the broadcasters kept showing replays and talking about the o-line blowing CSU's D about 5 yards off the ball on almost every running play.

Agreed. CSU looked awful.

Hopefully our new intensity and physicality allows us to take advantage of their weakness.

**** that. It should be over 99%. Just saying. It's CSU.

This is true and it pisses me off, there is no reason why we cant have the same want.

I think we can. It just has to be a different mentality. There is no way to replicate the little brother mentality, but I think CU can have the pissed off big brother mentality that lil bro has just crossed the line and needs a lesson.

They should fire there s&C coach. For not bulking up those linebackers to atleast 225 pounds. 207 pounds is not good enough for division 1 football.

Let's not forget that a Hawkins coached team had to call off the dogs on the Rams in the second half last season. Suppose that was a Carbal coached team, it would have not been pretty.

I sort of disagree - I think this has to be just a take-care-of-business game on our way to much bigger things. That has to be our mindset.

2 out of the last 3 years it has been all CU in that game. It will be interesting to see how th egame goes this year being 3 games in for each team.

Guy Miller is a big loss for them at NT. With that said they will be better this year. They didn't really lose much else and their youngins are a year more experienced. Also, Thomas has a full year starting under his belt... but they better hope he doesn't get injured or they're f'd

CSU has a decent chance to go bowling next year, especially with Pete Thomas a year older and experienced.

They didn't hang with us last year but agreed.

I got ripped all off season for being "a Hawkins supporter" because I was getting pissed at all of the negative posts. I never liked him much after the honeymoon wore off. But after that csu game last year, I was totally convinced he was gonzo. Our performance in that game, IMO, was pathetic. We should have beaten the rammies by at least 4 TDs. I was as disappointed and pissed after the csu game as I've ever been for just about any game, win or loss.

Their schedule is really soft, so they might make a run at a bowl game, but I was not that impressed with Thomas, even at the end of the season. His delivery is still very slow.

They don't deserve a bowl game with that schedule...

Thomas never really impressed me, either.

How many years are left on the contract for this game? The novelty of Invesco has worn off for me, and now it's just a ****** place to watch a football game with a piss poor tailgating scene and stadium personnel that don't give a sh*t about whether you ever come back. The Invesco experience sucks. I've been converted.
