Because of earlier threads on the subject, I thought you would want to know that last week, before a plea was even entered, the prosecutor rejected the pending charge against my nephew Nelson. This matter is over.

I’m not going to get into the details of the case. The prosecutor's rejection speaks for itself. I'd much rather write about Nelson receiving the National Football Foundation and College Hall of Fame Scholar-Athlete Award upon selection by his principal, counselor and coach. The award is given for outstanding football performance, team attitude, academic achievements, campus achievements and character.

Nelson graduates on June 9 and will be in Boulder on June 12, ready to hit the books and the field.

GO BUFFS!

Congrats. I'm glad the prosecutor chose this path. Looking forward to having your [strike]son[/strike] nephew on campus. He's gonna love it here.

You are ****ing retarded. Spruce is the guy's nephew, not son. Jeeeeeeezus. Idot.

Thanks, Nova.

Great to hear. I hope that Nelson knows that the fans were overwhelmingly in support of him and saying that this sounded like bull**** from the start. Glad the judge agreed.

Looking forward to seeing him make an impact as a freshman this year.
