Pac 12 TV Contract Question

Hello!!

I come on here every so often to get updated on all things Buffs and you guys do a great job!

I am hoping someone can help tell me (definitively) if DirecTV will air the Pac12 network. I have season tickets for the home games but I occasionally work from my office and want to get cable service so I can watch the games if I'm here on a Saturday. I have DirecTV at home now and would prefer to keep them instead of going to Comcast (who it looks like we'll be able to watch the Buffs on for sure) but it seems like its not a done deal that the new Pac12 network will air on DirecTV.

Can anyone provide insight??

Thanks!!!

Definitively - nothing has been decided yet. Larry Scott has said discussions with the satellite providers are on the horizon and the Pac 12 wants to provide content.

Nothing has been determined yet. I assume they will but it is up to some negotiations. I am watching to see if I have to dump Uverse for Brighthouse :bang:

I'm definitively sad that this thread stayed on point through 7 posts. This is way to serious.

guys the network is a year away... relax

Exactly...I don't know if ATT Uverse in Dallas will carry the Longhorn network (I hope to hell they don't), and those jack offs are ready to start that network in a couple of weeks....

I can't say definite but I can't remember anytime Direct TV didn't have a new channel on one of its packages. I'm sure it will be there.
