LSU at Miss State game thread

LSU is going to kill them. They are not supposed to ring those ****ing bells when the teams come to the line of scrimmage.

Mullen is playing Cherokee Trail on ESPNU right now as well. Henington has been making some plays. Miles was 10/10 passing and then threw a pick in the red zone.

I keep seeing the NCAA Buick Human Highlight Reel ad with a fake CU team in it. We are playing against South Carolina in the commercial haha.

Craig James: "You play 4 quarters in the SEC!"

Is he seriously getting paid for providing such amazing insight?

LSU's D is something else, they have to have the most speed of anyone in the country on that side of the ball. This was a good Mississippi State offense they completely smothered tonight. Even more importantly, Jarrett Lee isn't ****ing up all the time anymore -- was an efficient 21/27, 213yds, 1TD 1int. Lee (and Jefferson) have been total liabilities the past couple years, but it looks like he's improved enough this year to get the ball to the playmakers without throwing 3 costly int's along way. That's the difference between a 9-3 Cotton Bowl season and an 11-1 season with a shot at the national championship for them.

Mullen worked miracles getting Mississippi State to 9-4 with a Gator Bowl win over Michigan last year, but taking the next step is going to be a tall task for them in that brutal SEC West. This loss tonight was expected - what really hurt was last week when their QB was tackled literally 1 inch away from the end zone as time expired to lose at Auburn. Now, just like that, they're 0-2 in conference play already. They'll still be a factor this year though and put a dent in someone's SEC title hopes -- South Carolina and Alabama both go to Starkville.

$10 says that more than half of the MSU team is illiterate.

Heh, heh, heh...

wsp isn't going to live that comment down.

Can't wait for Bama vs LSU
Bama and LSU are the two best teams in college football. That's the national championship game, but it's the SEC West. Every week you play a good team. It's going to be a long season, and alot can happen. wsp is a good dude, but Bama and LSU over rated? LSU's defensive line is as good as some pro teams.

Honestly, what has LSU done to this point? They beat UO, an overrated rinky dinky gimmick offense (that can't beat anyone with more than a week to prepare) in what was basically a home game, and then they beat Miss St. Those kids can't even spell count right. Call me back when they do something real besides eating a **** load of corndogs.
