Except for the 2 Oregon and SoCal schools I´ve heard everyone being mentioned as the schools who blocked expansion.

My sources are telling me that Kansas, Kansas St, and Baylor were also against the Pac 12 expansion. They suspect Iowa State was also against it, but no one bothered to ask their opinion on the matter.

And who would want Texas or OU opening a Central Standard leak and adding strong competition for California recruits? Never mind they've been choking in big games lately, they would still have a sizeable pull in the recruiting game and steal plenty of talent from the other schools which they would go and squander in favor of in-state kids.
