So How Much $$ Is CU Banking This Weekend?

Heard it was $2 million which is high for any visiting team but a former CU president is currently the Ohio State president...

1.4 million from Ohio State plus whatever TV money so Nash's estimate sounds about right.

I heard it was 1 million at first for being just a 1 game away series for us. Then another half a million to bring Ralphie and run her. Then the game got picked up by ESPN which added another 1 million to our side of the deal. So I think the total is up to 2.5 million.

That's the perfect amount of cash to just turn right around and pay off DH just to get that D-bag off our hands

Yeah, having her run at Georgia was cool but I'm glad they didn't bring her. I think its a huge hassle and risk of something happening to her for not much pay off. They should keep it to just home games and bowl games like they usually do.

I'd give anything to see Ralphie run thru that spelt out state name, scattering tubas and drums and trombones like a missile hitting a toilet paper mill.

For that much they better go find a whole damn herd and run them till they croak!

Real question that should be asked now is how much did we really make this weekend??? Yes, Maybe $1.5-2 million, but another downright embarrassing effort on national TV sinking the public perception of this program even further.....quantify that and ask yourself if it was worth it?

Absolutely not. CU could have received a chunk of that playing at home against a patsy, which is what this 1st year coaching staff absolutely needed. MB has started singing a different tune. I guess we will see who he fills the open dates with over the next few years.
