What BCS programs are worse than Colorado?

Here are the only candidates I could come up with, not saying I think all these are worse, just the ones that are in contention with CU.

Ole Miss 1-3. Losses to BYU, Vanderbilt, Georgia

Purdue 2-1. Struggled to beat Mid Tenn, lost to Rice

Indiana 1-2. Lost to Ball state and Virginia, getting shutout by North Texas 24-0 in the 4th right now

Minnesota 1-2. Lost to USC and New Mexico state. Losing to North Dakota state 31-24 in the 4th right now.

Kansas 2-1 Struggled against Northern Illinois, crushed by Georgia Tech

Boston College 1-3. lost to Northwestern, UCF and Duke

Duke 2-2. lost to Richmond and Stanford.

Oregon State 0-3. Lost to Sacramento state, Wisconsin and UCLA

UCLA 2-2. Lost to Houston and Texas. Struggled to beat San Jose state and Oregon state

updates

North Dakota State Bison 38 Minnesota Golden Gophers 24 2:35 left in the 4th

North Texas Mean Green 24 Indiana Hoosiers 7 6:50 left in 4th

Ouch....Thank you so much for bringing up such a painful subject. While you're at it, why don't you give me a nice papercut and pour lemon juice on it? :bang:

Yo 'Leash, I'm glad you're making our football program and it's fanbase look more pathetic. The recruits are going to love reading up on this thread.

Some of those Big East teams like UCONN, Rutgers, Syracuse, louisville are pretty crappy.

I think we areon par with Kentucky

:wow::wow::wow:

Kentucky has been a bowl team the last 5 years while playing in the SEC. We're nowhere close to Kentucky!

Watching Arizona tonight, I think they're worse than us. They're awful. Really.

From that list we are ahead of Indiana, Ole Miss, Oregon State, Boston College. We're right about equal with Virginia, actually frighteningly similar to them in recent years. Same records, same rebuilding processes, same dumb penalties game after game, same lack of speed, same coming out scared on the road, etc. etc. etc.

I think Ole Miss would smoke us. The difference in our team speed and the SEC is dramatic. I think people forget that Ohio St. is a power program. When the line up against teams from the SEC they look slow and methodical. Look how much faster they looked than us on D and in the special teams. We are so much slower than I thought we would be. We are also nowhere near the power running game I thought we would be. I figured all these SR's on the OL would help us. Instead we are a finesse pass first team.

Teams I think we match up with just off the lists given:
Indiana, Purdue, Kansas, Kansas St, Iowa St, Minnesota, Wash St, Oreg St, and probably a good amount of the teams over in the Big East.

My pre-season prediction was that we had two "push" games. One was AZ, the other UCLA. I figured we would win one of them, now I'm really hoping we can turn both of those into Wins now.

i've had U of A as a W in Folsom.

with Vandy and Iowa State winning games, our case is not looking so good. still, i thought 2-2 would be great OOC. we are OT away from that. time to bite the bitter pill this team is a 4-5 win team. however, USC is not looking unbeatable in Boulder.....

Yeah everything would feel different if we had pulled out that Cal game.

2-2 heading into washington state at home would feel much better. Instead, I'm wondering if we can beat them at home. They had a bye week and CU with their slow starts makes this game a nervous one.

Team is now beat up, seniors gotta think they will never see a bowl game, and most of them have shown zilch for fortitude, grit, and focus their entire time at cu. The doom is just beginning my friends.

I'd also have to add Syracuse to that list. Don't be fooled by that 3-1 record.

At least we didn't hire Jerry Kill. In three straight home games Minnesota lost to New Mexico State, barley beat Miami of Ohio, and then lost to North Dakota State. Plus Kill has all these health issues.

 they are absolutely brutal. who tries a hail mary at half time and has the other team turn it into a pick6.

Yet they almost beat USC on the road.:wtf:
