D Scott In Prime Time Tonight

I'll watch that game if I can. As much as people bag on the Big East, they play some entertaining football. It's not the best football, but it's fun to watch. That conference is prone to upsets and overtime.

Good points on bailing midseason. In general though, I don't fault the players for transferring when they don't feel like the situation is working how they expected. They have to take a pretty big hit to transfer.

Generally I don't either, unless they leave CU. I absolutely have a double standard.

Go Pitt, the piece of **** bailed on us.

I just cannot get upset with D. Scott. I know he left in mid season and that was wrong but the whole situation at that time was wrong. Scott was inactive when he left the team - he had Knee surgery in late October that year and was rehabbing when he quit so his season was probably over anyway.

Perhaps the coach wanted him transporting sand or something and he knew he was leaving after the end of the season anyway.

Quick, somebody let Eric Kiseau know that D Scott is finished eating donuts on his couch.

I think the perception is that Scott came in here unprepared and out of shape. A prima donna. When things didn't work for him, he split. Along with his uncle.

I wish him an injury free career, but could give a **** about him.As was probably stated before,it was likely a 2 way street,he couldn't control what was written/said about him or how the former regime used him,BUT he could control how hard he worked/prepared

He prepared fine. He was thrown under the bus by the former staff and they trashed him in the media.

No he was just smart and left the dumpster fire before someone dumped gasoline on it. Smith on the other hand, humped ship to a little kid playing with matches and lighter fluid.

Smith is a whinny biotch.

Looking good on his first two runs. About 30 yds already. 3rd run got stuffed but managed a yard. Craig James pumping up D-Scott of course. They did mention his transfer from us twice though...take that however you want.

Was it perception or reality that he came to CU out of shape? Just curious. He's looked ok but not the top back out of hs good.

Craig James also just said (about the Pitt running back) "If he was my son, I'd say GREAT JOB, you don't want to run into five guys with white jerseys; you want to spin out of that!"

No, if he were your son he wouldn't see the field and you'd get the coach fired because of it.
