ahem, we are not #120 in penalties. We are #1!!!!!!! Woooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

dead last in special teams and penalties wont win you many games.

Our D is the most promising thing this team has right now and most of that is due to the fact that we are doing it with freshman and rag/tag group in the secondary. If the O could move the ball and be at least average and not put our D in bad situations all the time we may be able to even call the D pretty good. Gotta cut down on those blown coverages though.

Too many missed tackles. This D is not horrible, but I don't feel they're anywhere close to "pretty good".

I've been chewing on this same sandwich for the last few years and it still tastes like s&^t.

Did you see the IF at the beginning of that sentence? Think of how many times they have played with a short field. Did you see the Ohio State game? Their avg starting field position was at about the 50. You can't win when all the opposing team needs is one first down to get in scoring position. Agree about the missed tackles, take three or four of those away and we have a 1 loss team here.

Of the 3 units, our D is our best unit. I'd love to see what they could do with a decent secondary and reasonable field position.

For those who don't know that's #120 out of a possible 120 teams; we've committed more penalties then any team in the country. That's just embarrasing. Embree said before the season that they may not win many games but ithey would be a team that CU fans could be proud of. All I see is a team that's undisciplined and poorly coached.
