Predictions: Quack

All of the Oregon players decide that the game is going to be too easy so they all drink a bottle of Visine to see if they can still win while dealing with intestinal excitement. They don't:

Colorado 41
Quackers 3

ducks 69
Buffs 17

u.g.l.y. Ducks have their starters out by half. they have their backups out by end of 3.

I think 10 TD's for the ducks and about 1 and 1/2 for the Buffs.
May be the longest afternoon of the year for Buff fans

I'm going to be stone cold sober for this one, so that should be real interesting. I have never hoped for a moral victory... until now.

Me too... promised the wife a date Saturday night. This is going to be a baaaaaaad game to view sober.

I know this is irrelevant because it's not possible, but hypothetically, if all of our starters were healthy-I mean Rippy, Rodney, PRich, I honestly think we could have an outside shot of pulling off one of the upsets of the decade here. Oregon is awesome but they are beatable. They have a bunch of injuries as well. Their style of play could exhaust them at altitude, and since we don't have a deep bench anyway, not being able to switch out defensive players wouldn't affect our game planning as much as other teams. Surely ORegon is coming in here thinking this is going to be one of the easiest games of the year. It is our homecoming game and we are waiting for a signature win-which probably won't happen this year.

So saying all that-if our starters were all healthy, my prediction:
CU 27
UO 24

Current situation with half the team injured (does anyone know if the injury bug has gotten to Ralphie too?)
UO 59
CU 10

I feel that I'll be laughing at Greg Brown's defense and all the players he had a hand in recruiting. By the 2nd half it will get old and I'll find something else to do unless the chat is interesting.

UO 55
CU 21

Oregon with Darron Thomas (I just assume LMJ will not play)

UO 65
CU 14

With Bennett as the starting QB (LMJ still out)

UO 45
CU 21
