That's great. Good for him, and congrats to Coach Chev! Just the kind of player we need in the PWO program. Plus, this is just more roots being put back down by the Chiaverini family.

He had 2 weeks left in the recruiting process and 3 visits he wanted to get in. It's not that unusual for players to take a mid-week visit (or 2 visits in 1 weekend) this time of year. Uncommon, but not a big deal.

I didn't want to start a new thread about this, so I thought it might fit well here.

Didn't recruiting profile thread titles used to have the recruits' # of stars in them? I am admittedly not enough of a recruiting fan that I am going to follow each possible Colorado recruit, but I would like to know what is going on with our top-rated targets. Having a consensus star rating in the thread title would be useful to those of us who don't know who all of our targets are and how they are rated by recruiting agencies.

The problem is quite a few posters would assume our top targets solely based on star ratings.
 
I put more faith in offers than stars. If a respected coaching staff offers a full ride to a kid then that is meaningful with regards to evaluation of talent.
