No CU offer yet but could be coming soon.

247 has an article up about his recruitment here.
“As of right now I greatly appreciate all three schools who have offered me equally and we will see how it all plays out within the next year. For schools who haven’t offered me yet, I am currently hearing from UCLA, Ohio State, Vanderbilt, Arkansas, Washington, Northwestern, Cal, and Colorado.”

What are the chances with this guy, to get a commit?

Hard to say at this point, especially since he has yet to visit Boulder. If Wisconsin offers, would worry about that competition since Overman is close to Spencer Lytle (Tyler Lytle's younger brother) and he had a lot of great things to say about his prior trip to Madison.

Visiting Washington this weekend.

Could see his recruitment really pick up during the Evaluation Period.
