Im praying for Wray. If we can get out of spring with commitments from Wray, Lee, Lewis and Taylor - the buffs will be in really good shape momentum wise heading into summer.

Of course. All kinds of NFL players were 2 stars. He will offer without regard to their current rating. Ratings follow offers, not the other way around.

A guy who will end up a 2* at the end? I just don’t see that. Look at the offers out now. Heck, even placeholder rankings are 3*.
No early offer to a 2-star commit has remained a 2-star, going back 4 classes, using 247 rankings.
2016 - Trego was a 2-star who was added as an emergency add weeks after the signing period.
2017 - Sami was kept a secret until the end, and the services would (certainly) upgrade him today given he's a likely major contributor as a freshman.
2018 - all recruits were 3-stars at end.
2019 - all recruits were 3-stars at end.
I'd expect Tucker to go on his (and his staff's) evaluation and find players. There will be 2-stars offered for sure, and unless they are secrets, they'll probably get an upgrade to 3-star.
To say he won't offer 2-stars is devaluing the scouting & evaluation staff he has built, which seems extensive compared to recent history.
