Who is attending the Spring Scrimmage (game) on April 27?

Lots of holes. Central issues on OL and DL, especially depth for latter. CB is thin, thin. S too. Summer help needed.

Pac-12 is a down conference, though. Any playoff teams? There are holes on every roster that CU faces.

It is still relative. Several teams have more talent and fewer holes.

Some marque names will be missing from our opponents rosters like, Miles Gaskin, Jake Browning, N’Keal Harry, Manny Wilkins, Gardner Minshew, Arciega- Whiteside.

If you want to be perfectly pessimistic, only 2 rosters are definitely less talented and less deep than CU. So go ahead and make a case for 2-10 if you want to make the wet blanket case.

If I recall, you were thinking 5-7. Has that changed yet?

Reasons for optimism? Mangham, Arias, healthy Shenault, seems some in the defensive backfield are stepping up, reinforcements coming

Reasons for concern? Scary depth everywhere except WR, new schemes to learn

This team will have to fight mightily to get six wins. Just my belief.

I think the floor is 4-8 and ceiling is 7-5. If that means wet blanket, oh well.

We have some bad depth issues that cannot be wished away if/when injuries hit. Hopefully we can withstand some of the really bad/poor/dumb recruiting by MM over the next couple seasons.

I didnt see anything posted in here, But Asked Mustafa Johnson after the game about the boot... He said he fractured his fibula last week and should be full go by July.
Sucks. Anyway you slice it, it’s a setback.

At least he’ll get upper-body lifting throughout.

I’m going to put this **** in a frame. There’s some good damn NFL and great Buff players that signed this jersey.

One surprise for me was Rakestraw with the 2's at Safety.

Over/Under 6 sacks for Tchangam this year?

What your forecast tells me is that between 4 and 7 teams on CU’s schedule have depth and talent issues equal to or larger than that of CU.

Maybe. That is before home/road splits and matchups with individual teams (Utah may not have an overwhelming talent advantage, but it is a bad matchup for CU until proven otherwise).

Those 4-7 wins have to come against somebody.

High probability: CSU & AFA

Battles: NU, AZ, ASU

Underdog w/ a chance: Wazzou, StanFord

Monkeys on the back: UCLA, USC

Don’t hold breath: Oregon, Washington, Utah
