  1. Scott One of 22 Players Invited For Team USA Camp

Scott was one of five players cut today, along with Haas, Ricardo Gathers, Malcom Hill and Monte Morris. 16 remain.
  2. '16 CO PF De'Ron Davis (Signed to Indiana)

How old is that article? The last Arizona contact he had was when Damon Stoudamire was still a coach. He's not going to Arizona.
  3. Cal Recruiting Class

Where are you seeing Dillard as top 25 nationally? He's not in the top 100 on Scout, ESPN or Rivals. The class is good, but not what you initially posted with Swanigan staying in Indiana.
  4. 2014-15 Pac-12 Standings

There were a total of 6 teams (AZ, ASU, Cal, Stanford UCLA and Utah) which did not lose any games on the back half of home pairs last year. Two teams (Colorado & Oregon) only lost one, and even Oregon State only lost 2. For the 2nd games of road trips last year to: Arizona: 0-9, Bay Area...
  5. '15 CA SG Tyler Dorsey (Verbal to Oregon)

Here are 15 of the visitors confirmed by the KC Star. As you can see from the list, many of them cancel one another out. Brown/Ingram, Dorsey/Lovett are examples. http://www.kansascity.com/sports/spt-columns-blogs/campus-corner/article2556898.html
  6. Random Pac-12 PG Discussion

I never said he was the best at his position. In my opinion, Wright is the best P12 pg. I would exclude Young from the discussion as he's not a point guard and because this coming season he won't log a minute as pg (with the way their roster is). NWG, McConnell, Randle, Booker are all pretty...
  7. Random Pac-12 PG Discussion

Yes--ppg has everything to do with it... His role is different at Arizona, and I'm pretty confident he wouldn't be on the NBA radar if he were still there so yes--I stand by my statement. http://www.draftexpress.com/article/Top-NBA-Draft-Prospects-in-the-Pac-12-Part-6-Prospects-10-14--4702/
  8. Octeus denied admission at UCLA

I would be surprised if this happened at Arizona, and I'm confident Mark Lyons was no classroom whiz. This is just what I read, and I'm not sure I align to it. If indeed it did go down like this, Alford needs to own the mistake for not walking Octeus through the process.
  9. Octeus denied admission at UCLA

From what I read, it hadn't anything to do with transcripts. Unlike athletic scholarship student athletes, grad students are accepted into a program based upon merit. Octeus didn't have the student record to merit admission to his requested grad program, so he wasn't accepted.
  10. '15 CA C Chance Comanche (Verbal to Arizona)

Derrick Williams, Solomon Hill and TJ McConnell would disagree.
  11. '15 CA SG Tyler Dorsey (Verbal to Oregon)

Some perspective on Dorsey from info received when he committed to Arizona: 1. Not a one and done--not happening. He is a volume scorer, and is relatively inefficient. 2. He will turn 20 during his freshman year in college. He may well have reached his ceiling already. 3. The reality is...
  12. UA is killing it on the recruiting trail - added Alonzo Trier

So this is my first post on your forum. I'm an Arizona fan and alumni. I have nothing but respect for what Boyle has done with your program, and it's great for the Pac 12 to have your program as a part of the league. I live and die with my team, however I try to keep my perspective as...
