    Yeah, honestly, if I'm Rick George, I seek out someone who has been deeply involved in the Oregon uni and color scheme designs and hire them as a consultant and work with Nike on about 4-5 full alternates (helmets, jerseys & pants) apart from whatever "full time" home & away uniform they select.

I do, however, believe he is a talented, smart player that is going into his 3rd year in a QB friendly offense that has improved dramatically, compared to the rest of the team.     His ceiling? He's played a season and a half of college ball and the offense improved dramatically from his freshman to sophomore year. Yes, Sefo needs to cut down on the turnovers, but to say we've seen his ceiling before he's played 2 full seasons is a little bit of an overreaction.

    If Baltazar can go in '15 (all signs point to yes), the short term and long term both look pretty good at the RB position. Having 4 experienced RBs (Lindsay, Powell, Adkins and Baltazar) provides some of the best depth CU's had at the position in years and then adding Donald Gordon to the mix...

    Not when MM needs to "win now" to keep job security. Starting a freshman that isn't clearly better than Sefo from the start, solely because Sefo hasn't improved as much as they'd like, would be looking to '16, '17 and '18, and this staff can't afford to do that.

    I do hope CU has finally realized they can't make big upgrades (ie facilities, unis, etc) once, and then leave it alone for 20+ years before they make upgrades again. Uniforms need to evolve continually every couple years to keep up with the changing styles and preferences of the day's youth...
