    You are 100% right Chuck and Mike are still very close, I am sure they talk from time to time and maybe Mike gets some advice on the pulse of coaches, but after Hawkins it is unlikely they'll use Neinas again in any official capacity.

    Chuck' recommendations have done better than 15% hires what a lot of people don't see is his success at the AD and organizational levels for hires as well. He is a true pro, and he's often able to sell candidates on a job in a way that most school administrators could not.
