Agree, the guys do a fantastic job with the profiles - especially Nik.

I've recently learned that this forum isn't a place for real discussion, but rather a place to help recruit kids and hype up the program. Good luck making any point that some may consider negative. I'm a donor, a staunch supporter of CU football & hoops, and have been discouraged from posting...

  6. 2014 Pac-12 Commitment Tracker

I can't remember the last time we haven't had even one player who was considered a 4-star prospect by one of the recruiting services...
  7. Silver Linings...

Whatever the case, it's nice that we have 10 days in Boulder before our next road game which means more practice time to help implement the necessary changes, such as going through Scott more on offense.
  8. Beau Gamble

Nobody said anything about counting on him to win games. I just said maybe he can give us a few good unexpected minutes a game. And by the way, who cares about where he was recruited? Sabatino Chen was a walk-on transfer for us.
  9. Beau Gamble

Not the quickest player. Not the biggest player. Not the best shooter. But...he plays hard whenever he's in there, his teammates love him, and he now takes over the title of best name on the active roster (with apologies to Ski). In his 33 career minutes (granted most were in garbage time)...
  10. Silver Linings...

    A) Josh Scott will get a serious opportunity to take the next step in his development. Next year we could have one of the top big men in the conference. B) This is a chance for the team to really show their meddle and prove to themselves what they're capable of. They might not be a Final...

Is it considered a dishonorable discharge?
  12. Paul Richardson predicted to go in the first round per Todd McShay

Could go to Cleveland with the pick they have from Indy. My gf's family are big Browns fans and they all want a good WR to take some attention away from Josh Gordon.
  13. Tempering Expectations or How I Started to Worry About Games Away From Boulder

The WSU game was ugly, but at least we pulled it out. As for UDub, before Spencer went down I thought we looked pretty good. Remains to be seen what happens now if we do in fact lose the Mayor for the year...ugh.

we're going in the wrong direction folks.
  17. Lets Talk Rivals

I wouldn't exactly call them a rival, but for me Oregon games seem to get me more hyped than most, because of our history with them when I attended CU. First there was the 2002 Fiesta Bowl. We supposedly crushed Nebraska's title dreams by destroying them 62-36 to close out the regular season...
