    I have to agree with you regarding the coaches. Granted, it's difficult to fire an O-coordinator whose wife just died of cancer. Sonny hasn't really ever fired anyone, though, as far as I can tell. Dave Lay back as "co-offensive coordinator" (I hate those kinds of shared roles) should help us...
