I'm worried that home and home may not happen due to this conference realignment junk. We've already lost 2 games from the PAC-12 because of the new championship game at the end of the year due to the CU-Utah additions.
What the Chee hoo meant to say was this:
Hawai'i is really good this year. They have good size, speed, and depth on defense, which was unexpected by the Buffaloes. Do not be upset that you lost to UH as many teams, maybe even another PAC-12 team, will this year. At the end of the season this...
So this is Greg Brown's first year as an outright defensive coordinator? I looked at his bio on cubuffs. He's been a secondary coach every season he worked but two since the 80's. I believe he was the "Get Back!" coach for the Saints in 2001. I'm not really sure what "quality control" means...
You need to look at that defensive ranking again Mr. Buffenuf. Hawai'i was ranked 51st in total defense last year. They also led the nation in takeaways. I'm not going to argue the conference affiliation. I'm just gonna say that you should look at the facts. I also see no 5'11", 165 lb...
Allen Sampson is hella fast and now weighs 155 for what it's worth. Normally small guys would be working the slot. However, he is less likely to get jammed at the line of scrimmage as a wideout. Bright has barely practiced a week in fall camp due to injuries. Sampson has taken all of the...
A comparison of Colorado and Hawaii's defenses from last year based on a couple of stats.

1.) Sack N Save - does it sell booze? Is there a liquor store within walking distance to the stadium?
A. Yes, It does and yes it is within walking distance.
2.) When does the parking lot at Aloha Field at Hawaiian Airlines Stadium open for the general public?
Answer: Nothing is official, but...
There's also a Kmart and a Sack N' Save (Foodland) within walking distance from the stadium. I tend to go there when I'm shopping for aloha on gamedays.
However, for those of you staying in Waikiki and prefer Safeway, I'd recommend stopping at the Kapahulu Avenue location prior to...
Also, beyond the 8th row on the sidelines, there's not really a bad seat in the house. In fact, you'll really get to FEEL the stadium rocking from the yellow seats.
Buffs are on the Makai sideline. Makai means toward the ocean. So if you want to be on the sideline closest to the visitor's section, look at sections N, P, and Q. Make sure the ticket says level 1 or orange. Either use the UH ticket website or just bring cash and get to the ticket office...
After one glance by a die hard UH fan, the picture looks like it was taken in 2003(UH vs. Alabama), in which the Warriors would be on the right side. However this is 2011 and the visitors are located there now. The TV truck runs behind the bench and blocks the views all the way up to the 8th...
row 5 on the visitor's sideline is terrible. Not only do you have the team in front of you, but you have the camera truck as well. You'll miss a lot of the action. Shoot for row 8-9 at the lowest.
You should be able to buy tickets from scalpers at face value or cheaper. Some of the guys who sell them tend to get complimentary tickets at or around the 50. I expect somewhere between 45-47,000 fans in attendance. I do hope it's a sellout though.
I just received an email from UH...
in regards to the easy win remarks. There aren't too many on this board. However, there are several on the other boards I've lurked on. I'm looking forward to a great game, hope that the Buffs will have an awesome season, after they lose to UH, of course.
Well, our deep threat is Royce Pollard at wide out. He's one of the fastest on the team. However, the new guys at slot are quick enough to get open deep and they have shown so in practice. The knock on Stutzman and Ostrowski is that they're either too short or too skinny and I don't think...
Hello Buffs,Another Warrior fan here. I find it interesting that most fans for UH and CU think the game is going to be an easy win for their respective schools. I'm predicting a UH win only because I'm a UH fan. I have yet to actually look at who's really returning for the Buffs. What I do...
