  1. Solid CU Preview by UWDawgPound

Depending on your definition, he kind of was. Had 800 yards before going off for 2000 and leaving for the NFL. That said, you could say similar things for most NCAA running backs, including Barry Sanders
  2. Solid CU Preview by UWDawgPound

Good preview, except for the fact that he lists Bisharat as a RS freshman (and I would bicker about "strong OL play") some of the comments are funny though. 1 being that we lost 28 seniors and other that we are classy fans. Never seen that said before. Also would argue that "overall experience"...
  3. Ahman Green.

My step father beat the tar out of me, including once trying to throw me out of a second story window and once jumping on top of me on the couch and trying to choke me unconscious. Everything he did was out of intimidation. I don't have kids, but I was the primary father figure for my much...
  4. First Look at Division Championship Rings

I'm for it. Chido flew back to get his, so he's obviously for it. I saw at least a couple other tweets from players who were eager to get theirs. It's not like they're PAC 12 Title Game Runner Up rings, or the Rockies ridiculous Wild Card Champ graphic they put up on the outfield wall for a...
  5. Facilities Plans...

Elliot has definitely said she wants to play on turf, and I'd imagine that's a nonstarter for soccer
  6. Lonzo Ball's dad.

I honestly don't understand the endgame here. I've read that he's talking to major shoe companies to bring BBB under a larger corporate umbrella. I can't imagine LeBron would be cool with being a corporate partner with a dude talking noise about his kids. And LeBron has by far a bigger brand...
  7. Dan Hawkins: offensive coordinator for FIU (strike that... UC Davis HC)

I suppose that's possible, but his profile says he's in Culver City, and responsible for SoCal, Nevada, and Arizona, so that would be a hell of a commute. Whatever, who cares. More interesting to me is the sidebar of other Buffs. Some seemingly impressive titles on that list for fairly recent grads.
  8. Dan Hawkins: offensive coordinator for FIU (strike that... UC Davis HC)

    nah, it's Nike: https://www.linkedin.com/in/cody-hawkins-43726734
  9. 2016 Favorite BUFF?

I've been riding with Lindsay since the day he committed, so I see no reason to switch up now. And I'll add add Alex Kelley as my #1B. But there really is no wrong answer here.
  10. Why isn't CU and Chiv recruiting this QB?

Hey! What happened to your other, incredibly factually inaccurate post? The one that said Lytle went to a school he does not, in fact, go to? Where'd that one go? Did I miss the one where you acknowledged you were wrong and bad? Because that's the one I responded to.
  11. Why isn't CU and Chiv recruiting this QB?

Well, Lytle goes to Servite, not Foothill, so not particularly relevant. "I dont understand why Colorado people think they know more about California CIF Southern Section football than those of us who live here." Maybe now you do
  12. UCLA trashed the visitors' locker room?

Completely fair! Like I said- that was not my story. Just sharing what I had read and I appreciate your input.
  13. UCLA trashed the visitors' locker room?

Definitely not a hill I want to die on, but the story was shared. Clay Travis's first website was deadlyhippos.com, and 2 of the bloggers on the site were DJ Harrison (friends since DJ was in Tennessee) and a basketball walk-on named Josh Something, who relayed the story on the site. I think he...
  14. UCLA trashed the visitors' locker room?

He bragged about eating nothing but steak and potatoes prior to the Texas game so he could take a dump on the field after we won. We did and then he did, apparently (that seems questionable, tbh).
  15. '17 CA OLB Fa'avae Fa'avae (Verbal to Washington State)

also mentioned that playing as a true freshman was important. I don't really see that here.
  16. Pac-12 Network on Sling TV

I signed up for 3 months and $60 off an Apple TV. I figure that mitigates the $20 a month I'll pay for the service I don't need, so I'm paying $5 a month for the P12 Net. So far it's been great (minus the complete lack of DVR). It's 3:30 in the morning and I'm watching the 5th down game with...
  17. Jeremy Bloom? Who knew....

It's 2003 and I'm in the the newly opened club section of Folsom against Ucla. Spent a good 20 minutes overhearing 2 stunning coeds earnestly discussing how much they'd like to double team Bloom. He can go straight to hell.
  18. How does CU fix attendance for basketball?

no, I'm not. You can play in an early season tournament every year, but it has to be a different tournament.
  19. How does CU fix attendance for basketball?

I don't think this works. I'm not going to look it up because I'm super lazy, but there are rules regarding early season tournaments. They don't count towards your total game caps, but you can only play in a tournament every 4 or five years or something. That's why Kansas (or whoever) doesn't...
