    DL recruiting average. OL recruiting below average. I certainly agree that they will be some of our primary competition for the south but much prefer the way that Mel is building the Buffs (inside out).

    I think Utah talent was underrated +5-10yrs ago. I now think it's a hyper efficient recruiting market that may actually be overrated. A contrarian view but that's how I see it.

    That's what I see too. Long athlete with good speed/change of direction & great vertical should allow him to cover a lot of space. Film also shows a smart player who can read offenses and react quickly. Looks like a great pickup.

    Pretty good reviews on him out of the spring camps- did well at an LSU camp and an industry camp. More like 6’2 but quick and explosive. Newish to defense and maybe football as well (his coach talked in an interview about ramping him up and having him play full time at dline this year). State...

    There is heavy smoke coming off of the Trojans right now. Given the magnitude of other institutional issues I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see them not have the institutional fortitude to address football even after another bad year- football fans be damned. Very winnable game in Boulder...

    Looks like a great ILB’er. Diagnosis the play well and quickly. Plays downhill and gets through blockers quickly. Used his hands well. Very effective blitzer.

    They looked good early in the season. By the end? Looked to me like they had reverted to form. I don’t think Cristobal is a very good coach and don’t think he’ll be able to overcome the attitude of kids who are drawn to the “O” brand.
