Big hitter for his size, pretty good speed and excellent ball skills.

CU and New Mexico have offered Street, but Oregon State is also in the mix.
 
About what you said. Speed is good, also looks like he's pretty quick and agile. Looked good as a WR so he isn't a DB due to awful hands. Plays faster than he is which is nice to see.
 
this kid has a small frame to play DB in the BIG 12, would like to see hes strength chart.....but none the less, with hes speed would be a nice pick up
