Re: '10 TX ATH Venric Mark

Does anybody have a breakdown where those considered "atheletes" are placed when assigned a position?

Re: '10 TX ATH Venric Mark

We could get a visit here. Aside from Nigel Terrell and Kyle Benson, this is the guy that I want to sign with us the most.

Teammates with our DE commit, Kirk Poston.

"Mark took a visit to Northwestern and will be officially visiting Arizona, Vanderbilt and Colorado in the next couple of weeks, and LSU coaches have requested his video of late."

Mark is known as one of the best return specialist prospects in the current recruiting class. He is one guy we're looking at who could help out immediately next season.

Here's part of the ESPN write up:

It's not very often that you can say a players best potential at the next level might be as a return specialist but this could be the case with Mark. He has both quickness and pure speed. Can make the first man down miss then immediately accelerate downfield. Reads blocks on the run and possesses very good football instincts and reactions. Has the unique ability to spin when running full speed and maintains balance and body control without losing speed. Has a second gear that kicks in when in traffic in the openfield; then darts by would-be tacklers.

Looking like Northwestern, unless Kirk Poston can change his mind and get him to visit the Buffs.

It's amazing the schools we are losing out to. Love to see this kid here in boulder as a slot wr and kr/pr.

Northwestern is a great school and won 8 games, losing in OT to Auburn in their bowl game. We need more than the Flatirons to compete with that.
