I was able to dig up some background:

Pierre-Louis is originally from Haiti and moved to Del Rio, Texas by way of Brooklyn, NY. He is related to Wondy Pierre-Louis, a cornerback for the Florida Gators a few years back. Boston College linebacker Kevin Pierre-Louis also has relatives from Haiti, so there's likely a connection there also.

Pierre-Louis is making an official visit to CU this weekend for the Texas Tech game.
 
Pierre-Louis visited CSU the week after he visited us.

We remain his only 2 reported offers and known visits. I don't know if the staff has stayed in contact with him.
