The former Texas A&M pledge currently has Colorado & Wake Forest on the top of his list that includes offers from Michigan, Mississippi State, Michigan State, Iowa State, SMU, North Texas and others. Despite playing only 5 games, Smith amassed 1,028 total yards (205.6 YPG) and scored an amazing 19 TDs (3.8 TD AVG per/game)...Has rushed for 3,513 yards and 58 TDs in 29 career games.

Looks like he's faster too...

Wow. Those are straight-up video game numbers even for a HS back.

Put me in the camp that never thought he was slow in the first place. Marcus Allen always looked like he was running in slo-mo too until you watched the film and realized that he was just taking longer strides than everyone else. All the bouncing to the outside is a little bothersome. Looks like he's plenty physical enough to square-up and smoke someone in the hole. Sure EB can help him work on that.

Still want.

I guess I don't care about bouncing to the outside when he's running for big yards - that's his confidence in his speed showing. He also looked hard to tackle after first contact, pushing the pile more than 10 yards on one play.

Looks good. Thoughts from those in the know on his off field issues besides what is on the A&M boards appreciated.

If we take him it's hopefully as a FB or a LB. His athleticism could be put to good use at either of those spots.
