Mitchell was one of the top performers at the Dallas Nike camp.

Mitchell may have had the most complete Sunday afternoon of the three. In addition to receiving an Opening invitation, he also was named the camp's MVP for linebackers. At 6-foot-3 and 215 pounds, Mitchell dazzled the NFTC staff with his strength, quickness and overall endurance.

"It was definitely really good to be out here, and it feels awesome right now," Mitchell said of The Opening invitation. "I watched some of these linebackers come from everywhere. Kids from hours and hours away were coming out here to play. There was a lot of talent and athleticism here."

On my phone, but someone should link his dunk videos from basketball. Pretty sure he sent them out to football coaches to show off his athleticism.

He is about to choose Ohio State in the next week or so, but thought it was worth bumping Mitchell's profile for another reason. He recorded the highest SPARQ score of 154 at the Opening (collection of major talent from the Nike camp stops) today. Ran the 40 in 4.46 and 4.39 while also recording a 40' vertical. Keep in mind he is a linebacker.:wow:
