From what I've read, it's just a matter of that 4.4 speed being camp verified before his recruiting takes off. He's visited Baylor several times now, so they do seem to have the inside track.

Has picked up more offers in the past six weeks. He likes us and we have a decent shot at getting an official visit. Baylor is the favorite, but if he holds off on the commitment, we have a shot.

In addition to the speed concerns that Nik alluded to above, I think some schools are having trouble figuring out if he is a corner or a safety. He says most schools say corner, but some are recruiting as a safety.
