Outstanding two-way player who was instrumental in powerhouse Poly's title game run in 2012. While Rivals lists him as a WR, all offers have been for safety. Expect just about every PAC-12 school to offer.

Maybe I'm taking crazy pills here, but the highlights weren't really what I was expecting given his 247 rating.

I am not sure he is a 5* either.

When you play for Poly, get a USC offer as a freshman and Troy sticks by it, the early ratings are going to be extremely high. Deservedly so. We'll find out during camp season and his senior year whether he's an elite among the blue chips or not. I'd love to have him at CU, but I don't think he's in that rarefied air.
