Right now, Rivals is the only service showing a CU offer and also the only service showing some of those other offers listed above. Not sure if this is an old offer from the previous staff or a legit current offer. Speed isn't great, but that shuttle time is pretty solid. I'll see if I can find some highlights for your viewing pleasure.
 
If the offer list is anywhere close to correct then some pretty good staffs think he is fast enough to play and contribute.

Looks like a physically solid kid, we need some help at safety.
 
C'mon rivals, O.P. Walker doesn't exist anymore They merged with another school to form Walker-Landry, it was big news in nola. Appears to do a little bit of everything, he's the kicker as well. Good basketball player and runs track. He has at least two pick 6s this, including one against Karr, which is a top team loaded with D1 talent.

There's another where he says he idolizes Tyran Mathieu, I'd take that. Not sure about the offer, but could be a decent get, especially if we lose any current commits...
 
With that shuttle, his game speed is in the high 4.4 to mid 4.5 range. Excellent for a safety and he's also got the size you look for.
